Crapette, at last on iPhone and iPad.

A sharp, mischievous two-player card duel born in 1993 and rebuilt for today. Five languages, several card themes, a hint when you're stuck — and an opponent shouting “crapette!”.

The game

Crapette is played by two people, each with their own 52-card deck. The first to get rid of every card wins the deal.

It looks like a quiet patience game, but it's a race: you build Ace to King in the middle, alternate colours down your columns, and above all you slip cards onto your opponent's piles to slow them down. Miss a move and it's a fault — the famous “crapette”.

Rules

The story

Chicago, 1993. Living abroad, Patrice BRIDANT spent his nights coding a Crapette, purely for the challenge. The game looks calm; its mechanics are devious. Taming it took more than ten years of patience.

It carried countless family evenings, then fell asleep on old floppy disks. His son Philippe woke it up and brought it to phones and tablets — with the soul of the original intact.
